Aurelius-backed Ringbeck Group snaps up Rudiger Brandenburg  

• Susanne Brandenburg and Christine Faber will continue to lead Rüdiger Brandenburg
• Rüdiger Brandenburg is the sixth add-on acquisition of the Ringbeck Group
• Aurelius is a pan-European alternative investment firm based in Grunwald, Germany

Ringbeck Group, a portfolio company of Aurelius Growth Investments, has acquired Rüdiger Brandenburg, a full-service provider of garden, landscape, and sports ground construction.

Rüdiger Brandenburg is based in Berlin and Seddiner See, Germany.

Susanne Brandenburg and Christine Faber, the existing management team, will continue to lead Rüdiger Brandenburg after the transaction is completed.

“The acquisition of Rüdiger Brandenburg further strengthens Ringbeck Group’s market position in the Berlin region. Together with the existing group locations in Berlin and Brandenburg, we will continue Ringbeck Group’s determined growth course,” said Nico Vitense, managing partner at Aurelius Growth Investments.

Rüdiger Brandenburg is the sixth add-on acquisition of the Ringbeck Group.

Ringbeck Group expects total revenue of around €105 million for 2023 with this add-on acquisition, according to a release.

Ringbeck is a service provider in the field of gardening and landscaping as well as green roofs. The company is based in Oelde, Germany.
