Integral Venture Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in O’Fresh, a Romanian vending, office coffee and clean water services provider.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
O’Fresh is based in Bucharest.
Integral will become the majority stakeholder in O’Fresh alongside the two co-founders and the chief executive officer, who will remain for continuity as co-investors.
This transaction follows Integral’s investment in Breaktime, a clean water, vending, and office coffee services operator on the Bulgarian market, in late 2021.
O’Fresh plans to accelerate its market penetration and extend its corporate end-customers coverage across all its core vending and office coffee solutions, and clean water services, according to a release. It will also pursue targeted sector consolidation by selectively seeking to acquire or partner with local operators.
The transaction will comprise of primary and secondary capital tranches.
O’Fresh is the eleventh investment from Integral’s Evolving Europe Principal Investments Fund I.
Integral will initially manage O’Fresh and Breaktime as separate assets and will consider bringing them under a larger pan-regional business services group in the future, the release added.
Integral is an independently owned private equity and growth capital investments firm. The firm operates out of offices in London, Budapest, and Belgrade.
