LDC promotes John Clarke to partner

LDC is the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.

LDC has promoted John Clarke to partner and appointed Endrit Gashi as an investment manager.

Clarke joined LDC in 2017. In June 2023, he led LDC’s exit and reinvestment in MSQ, which generated a return of 3.9x for LDC. In October 2022, he led LDC’s investment in Talos360, a HR technology provider.

LDC has also appointed Endrit Gashi as investment manager in the North West. Endrit joins LDC from Livingbridge. In his new role, Endrit will be responsible for supporting LDC’s existing portfolio businesses and identifying local businesses seeking the backing of an investment partner.
