Main Capital announced on Tuesday that its portfolio company BCS HR Group has acquired two Dutch software companies: Medisoft and Tasper.
BCS is a human resource management and payroll software provider. The deals for Medisoft and Tasper are the second and third add-on acquisitions since the investment from Main Capital in April 2022. The deals follow the acquisition of Apployed in July.
Medisoft, headquartered in Amstelveen, offers services covering absenteeism registration, case management and re-integration trajectories.
Tasper is based in Deventer and specialises in software that allows companies to offer flexible benefits to their employees. It provides services including personal benefit statements, fitness budgeting and training budgeting.
BCS now has approximately 150 employees. It is headquartered in Den Bosch.
Dutch investor Main Capital, based in The Hague, invests in software companies in the Benelux, DACH and the Nordics. As of October 2021, Main had over $2.2 billion in assets under management.
