Triton Partners portfolio company All4Labels Global Packaging Group added to what has already been an acquisitive year by adding Romanian company Romprix Exim.
Romprix Exim owners Cristian Dobrotă and Pierpaolo Filippi signed an agreement on Wednesday for their firm to become a 100 percent subsidiary of All4Lables. The firm makes decorative self-adhesive labels and has the largest industrial digital printing capacity in the Romanian market, according to a statement. It is based on the outskirts of Bucharest.
Packaging manufacturer All4Labels has added a lot of companies this year, including Italy’s Carlucci, and Spain’s Relieves Egara and Gráficas Indetic, in August.
The latest add-on will strengthen All4Labels’ Eastern European footprint, the statement said. Dobrotă, the CEO, founder and majority shareholder, will manage the business after the merger.
All4Labels has 43 facilities worldwide and more than 10,000 customers. It is headquartered in Hamburg.
Triton has been the majority shareholder of All4Labels since 2019. The London-headquartered private equity firm focuses on the industrial tech, services, consumer and healthcare sectors. The companies in its portfolio have combined sales of around €18.1 billion.
