Waterland Private Equity invests in CodiLime

Waterland Private Equity has invested in CodiLime, a technology company providing software development and network engineering services for the telecommunications and network sector.

No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.

CodiLime is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

“We want to enable the company and its engineers to develop their know-how and strengthen their customer relationships,” said Tomasz Karpinski, investment director at Waterland’s Warsaw office. “At the same time, we intend to support CodiLime in its further development through a buy-and-build strategy in which we will invite companies with complementary competences and strong customer relationships to join the group.”

CodiLime is Waterland’s third investment in the Polish technology sector.

Waterland is an independent private equity investment firm based in Bussum, the Netherlands.
