Scanmed, backed by Abris Capital Partners, has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Med-Lux, a healthcare company in Poland.

The firm will “support the enlarged company’s growth, as well as focusing closely on the constant improvement in the quality of care it provides in key therapeutic areas,” said Sylwester Urbanek, investment director at Abris.

Abris acquired Scanmed in 2020. Scanmed is expected to double its revenues and EBITDA in 2023.
