Alcumus, backed by Apax Partners LLP, has acquired Planet Mark, a sustainability certification and net zero provider.
Planet Mark is based in London.

Apax Partners acquired Alcumus from Inflexion in 2022. Inflexion retained a minority stake in Alcumus.
In January, Apax portfolio company EcoOnline merged with the software division of Alcumus to create an environmental, health and safety business technology company.
