Apollo Global, via Apollo Impact, has agreed to acquire United Living Group, a provider of infrastructure, social housing maintenance and construction services in the UK. No financial terms of the transaction were disclosed.
United Living is headquartered in Kent, England.
“As investment in infrastructure and social housing remains a key priority, we believe the business is well-positioned for further growth,” said Joanna Reiss, partner and co-head of impact at Apollo.
The transaction is expected to be completed over the summer, subject to regulatory approval.
