Arcadea Group has made a majority investment in Becosoft, a Temse, Belgium-based POS and ERP service provider.
Becosoft provides services to retail and wholesale customers with complex inventories and supply chains.
Kristof De Coninck and Davy De Coninck, founders and MDs of Becosoft, will continue in their roles and maintain an equity interest.
“As a rapidly growing, founder-led company, it perfectly aligns with our partnership ethos and our value-add to scaling SaaS companies,” said Paul Yancich, MD of Arcadea Group.
Arcadea’s investment will enhance Becosoft’s product portfolio and elevate its delivery capabilities, according to a release.
Based in Toronto, Arcadea Group is a private equity firm focused on investing in founder-led vertical software companies.
