Ardian goes for minority stake in hot snacks provider My Pie

Ardian has acquired a minority stake in My Pie, a producer and distributor of hot snacks to supermarkets in France.

Gorron-based My Pie saw an annual growth of over 90 percent over the last three years.

Ardian’s investment in My Pie will enable the company to prepare for its next phase of development whilst maintaining its strong growth trajectory, according to a release.

“We are already working actively with the founders to give them the benefit of our expertise, particularly around organisational structure, digitalisation and internationalisation,” said Frédéric Quéru, MD Growth, Ardian. “With Ardian’s support, we can build on its strong growth trajectory and make My Pie a European leader in hot snacks.”

Ardian is a private investment house, managing or advising $160 billion of assets on behalf of more than 1,560 clients globally. It is based in Paris.
