House of HR (HOHR) announced it has acquired Dutch company Agium and has signed a promise to acquire French company ABMI. With the acquisitions of the two companies HOHR will have completed 16 acquisitions in 2022.
The add-ons are the first since the completion of Bain Capital’s purchase of a 55 percent majority stake in HOHR.
Agium was acquired by HOHR’s subsidiary company Redmore. Agium is headquartered in Delft and offers risk, technology, business, legal and financial services for financial service providers, business service providers and governments. HOHR’s purchase of ABMI is expected to complete in the fourth quarter. The company, headquartered in Guyancourt, is a consulting and engineering services group. Upon completion of the acquisition, ABMI will form a partnership via a common holding with Abylsen, a French engineering group that specialises in industrial, digital and life sciences services that has been part of the HOHR group since 2015. The company aims to scale up its platform into new markets and increase its digital investments. In 2021, HOHR realised a pro forma adjusted turnover of €2.2 billion and pro forma adjusted EBITDA of €262.7 million.
