Baird Capital, via Global Private Equity Fund, has made a minority investment in JMAN Group, a commercially focused data consultancy company.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
JMAN is headquartered in London. The company has an operational footprint in Chennai, India.
Baird’s investment supports the continued expansion of JMAN’s range of data-led services for clients, as well as international growth, with a specific focus on North America, according to a release.
