Bowmark Capital announced it has agreed to make an investment in Xperience, a provider of IT services and digital transformation.
Xperience, headquartered in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, provides end-to-end digital services across a range of services, including managed IT, cloud, business applications and cybersecurity. Bowmark’s investment will support the company’s growth objectives both organically and via acquisition, enabling a rapid expansion of its services in high-demand areas such as cybersecurity, according to Bowmark.
Xperience has had double-digit revenue and profit growth. Since 2021, it has completed the acquisitions of two IT services businesses, Green Duck and Riverlite. The company supports over 800 small and medium-sized businesses and employs more than 170 people.
“Bowmark’s track record in our sector and their understanding of what we are seeking to achieve made them a natural partner for our business,” said Xperience CEO Iain O’Kane. “Our vision is to grow Xperience into one of the UK’s leading managed IT service providers and we look forward to working with Bowmark to achieve this goal.”
