Corsair to scoop up Polish insurance broker

The sellers are Posella Limited and Solter Capital.

Corsair has agreed to acquire a majority stake in MJM Holdings, a Polish commercial insurance broker. The sellers are Posella Limited and Solter Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.

Marcin Ślotała, founder and CEO of MJM, will continue to lead the company with the founding management team rolling a significant portion of their equity value into the transaction.
