FPE-backed NoBlue2 picks up BrightBridge Solutions

NoBlue2 is the fifth investment from FPE Fund III.

FPE Capital announced that its portfolio company NoBlue2 has acquired BrightBridge Solutions with the aim to create one of Europe’s largest Oracle NetSuite partners.

BrightBridge is a UK provider in the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem. The company has additional capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics and Sage, according to FPE. BrightBridge is based in Sharnford.

Headquartered in Nottingham, NoBlue2 was created through a merger of NoBlue with Elevate2 in July 2023. FPE initiated and funded the merger to bring together two UK Oracle NetSuite partners.

NoBlue2 is the fifth investment from FPE Fund III. The acquisition was funded from a new debt facility with DunPort Capital Management and equity from Fund III.
