Nomios Group, backed by IK Partners, has secured a majority stake in Aditinet, an Italian system integration and professional services firm specialising in cybersecurity. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Aditinet, headquartered in Rome, has annual revenue of €40 million.
Aditinet’s Paolo Marsella, CEO and founder, and Alberto Mez, CFO, will remain minority stakeholders and will continue to head the company and the integration within the Nomios, a release stated.
With this acquisition, Nomios’ annual revenue touches €400 million, and its consolidated headcount grows to more than 600 FTEs across its seven European markets, according to a release.
“This acquisition marks an important step in Nomios’ continued growth and success, and we see many benefits in terms of a shared vendor portfolio, customer relationship, and service offerings,” said Sébastien Kher, CEO of Nomios Group. “Not only does the acquisition of Aditinet provide the Nomios Group with a significant expertise and strong customer base in Italy, but it also allows us to add new services such as ethical hacking to our portfolio.”
IK Partners acquired a majority stake in Nomios Group in January 2019.
Nomios is a Zoeterwoude, Netherlands-headquartered provider of cybersecurity and secure networking products and services.
