IK Partners buys minority stake in software provider Remazing

IK Small Cap III Fund has made the investment from its dedicated pool of development capital.

IK Partners announced that it has acquired a significant minority stake in Remazing via its IK Small Cap III Fund. IK is investing from its dedicated pool of development capital and bought its stake from the founders of Remazing, who have reinvested alongside IK.

Remazing is a German marketing services and software provider focussing on the Amazon marketplace and is headquartered in Hamburg. It has over 100 e-commerce experts based in Hamburg and across local hubs in Barcelona, London, Paris and Turin.

Remazing’s growth plans which building a global presence via selective M&A. The company also intends to use the investment to strengthen its partnerships with existing clients, acquire new ones, increase its market penetration and develop its technology offering further to expand into other marketplaces.
