IK Partners, via IK VIII Fund, has entered exclusive talks to sell Nomios, a provider of cybersecurity products, managed security services and secure networking services, to Keensight Capital.
No financial terms of the transaction were disclosed.
Nomios has over €400 million in revenue and over 600 employees. The company has offices in France, Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, Belgium.
IK Partners acquired Nomios in January 2019.
“We have established the company as one of the clear leaders in the European cybersecurity market, positioning it as a scaled provider of increasingly recurring services to its loyal client base,” said Remko Hilhorst, managing partner at IK and advisor to the IK VIII Fund. “The quality of the entire Nomios team has allowed us to strongly grow the business year on year.”
Nomios has doubled its revenues through organic growth realised across service lines and geographies since IK invested in the company, according to a release. It has expanded its footprint in Europe through two acquisitions in Poland and Italy.
The transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approval.
