Inflexion has appointed Humphrey Baker as partner to oversee Enterprise Fund’s technology investments.
Baker will work closely with Sergio Ferrarini, Inflexion partner and head of technology.
Baker joins from Graphite Capital where he served as senior partner and member of the investment committee. Previously, he was at Lyceum and Ernst & Young.
“His extensive technology and investing experience in the lower mid-market will broaden and deepen our technology reach as we look to invest in the very best opportunities in the UK and Europe,” said Malcolm Coffin, head of Enterprise Fund at Inflexion.
Inflexion is a mid-market private equity firm that invests £10 million to £400 million of equity in each deal. It has offices in London, Manchester and Amsterdam.
