LDC has expanded its value creation partners (VCP) team by appointing Richard Haynes as commercial director, Natasha Fisher as commercial manager and Arnie Fuller as technology manager.

Haynes will lead the commercial VCP team, helping LDC’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth by building sales, marketing and pricing effectiveness. He was previously chief commercial officer at Avado.

Fisher will also focus on supporting commercial growth across the portfolio through sales, marketing, cross-sell and pricing effectiveness. She is joining from Armstrong Transaction Services, where she served as a consultant.

Fuller will partner with LDC’s portfolio company management teams to help improve their IT effectiveness.

“Their respective experience will significantly strengthen our team’s capabilities, deepening the support we provide to management teams across our portfolio,” said Richard Kirby, partner and head of VCP at LDC. “In an ever-changing, more challenging and competitive market, it is increasingly important for companies in all sectors to ensure their commercial growth strategies and plans are well-defined.”
