Hybrid, backed by LDC, has acquired Prompt Marketing, an education marketing company.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Prompt is headquartered in Buckinghamshire, Engalnd.
Hybrid’s investment in Prompt will expand its reach in the education sector, according to a release.

Hybrid is an education media and services provider. The company is based in Bristol, UK.
LDC is the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, headquartered in London. The firm has a UK-wide network of regional offices.
