Omniplex Learning, backed by LDC, has acquired Good e-learning, an IT and digital transformation training firm. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Good e-learning is based in Hampshire, England.
LDC invested in Omniplex in 2020. Omniplex’s investment in Good e-Learning is the second transaction made by the firm since its partnership with LDC.
“We’re focused on identifying further opportunities to press forward with the organic and acquisitive growth of Omniplex Learning as it firmly establishes itself as a leader in the market,” said Aziz Ul-Haq, partner at LDC.
The firm has reported over 40 percent compound annual growth rate in revenues over the past three years, according to a release.
Good e-Learning’s staff will join the team at Omniplex Learning.
Omniplex is a technology driven training company using software simulation to radically improve the learning experience. The firm is based in Hertfordshire, UK.
