PAM Group, backed by LDC, has acquired Corporate Health Ireland (CHI), an occupational health business in Ireland.

No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.

CHI is headquartered in Dublin. The company provides consultant-led occupational health services across Ireland from clinics in Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Limerick.

CHI will retain its brand identity and will continue to be led by Sheelagh O’Brien in Dublin and Martin Hogan in Cork.

“CHI has a great management team, and we will provide them with the necessary level of resources and support to expand in Ireland,” said James Murphy, PAM’s chief executive. “This acquisition also allows PAM to access new clients and grow our own service offering.”

CHI is PAM’s third acquisition in 2023. The company acquired occupational physiotherapy business of Connect Health earlier this month and MedProtect in early 2023.

LDC invested in PAM in June 2021.

PAM, based in Warrington, England, is an occupational health and corporate health services provider. The company posted revenues of £45 million in 2022. It is on track to reach £55 million this year and grow turnover to £80 million over the next few years through continued organic expansion and further acquisitions, according to a release.

LDC is the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, headquartered in London. The firm has a UK-wide network of regional offices.
