Livingbridge sells Red Box to Uniphore

Livingbridge has exited Red Box Recorders Group, a provider of voice and data recording products. The firm was acquired by Uniphore Technologies.

Red Box is an open enterprise platform for capturing voice, screen, and metadata from conversations. The firm is headquartered in Nottingham and will continue to operate from there.

This acquisition adds to Uniphore’s innovation portfolio, including emotion AI, no code low code development and knowledge AI. The firm has also bolstered its footprint in Europe with this acquisition.
