Main-backed Alfa eCare adds on 2Bra System and Selfpoint

2Bra System and Selfpoint are the sixth and seventh acquisitions by Alfa eCare.

  • 2Bra System provides municipalities and companies with software for quality assurance and goal- and process management
  • Selfpoint offers digitization of workflow and process management for mainly public institutions
  • Main Capital acquired Alfa eCare in 2020

Main Capital’s portfolio company Alfa eCare acquired Swedish process management companies 2Bra System and Selfpoint.

Motala-based 2Bra System delivers services for the public labour assistance market. The company services over 100 municipalities. Selfpoint, headquartered in Malmö, provides a low code platform for workflow and process management mainly for public institutions.

The acquisitions are the sixth and seventh by Alfa eCare. The Malmö-based software company offers services to public and private healthcare providers. Its clients range from municipalities and social, geriatric and youth care providers to regions, general practitioners, dental care providers and public institutions.

“The addition of Selfpoint and 2Bra System will strengthen the groups solution portfolio and value proposition towards future and existing clients,” said Wessel Ploegmakers, Partner and co-Head of the Nordics office at Main. “Together the joint group is well positioned to leverage the existing product suite to further expand to other Nordic countries while maintaining a local touch through expanding and developing the product offering both organically and by acquisitions.”

Main Capital Partners, headquartered in The Hague, is a software investor in the Benelux, DACH and the Nordics.
