Main Capital-backed enventa Group acquires syska

Syska is a bookkeeping and accounting software provider based in Karlsruhe, Germany.

enventa Group, backed by Main Capital Partners, has acquired syska, a bookkeeping and accounting software provider. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.

syska, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, offers a solution for accounting to SMEs and has a customer base of over 3,000 clients across the entire DACH-region.

Syska’s existing management will stay on board and will work together with enventa’s management to create synergies for its clients and help accelerate growth, according to a release.

enventa Group expands its presence in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany with this acquisition.

enventa Group, based in Karlsruhe, Germany, supports medium-sized companies and larger corporations in generating added value from their valuable data and automating and streamlining business processes.

Main Capital is a software investor in Benelux, DACH and the Nordics. The firm managed more than €2.2 billion in assets as of October 2021. The firm is based in The Hague.
