Paragin Group, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners, has acquired Coachview, a training administration software provider.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Coachview is headquartered in Uden, the Netherlands. The company develops SaaS course administration products that are used by schools and training and examination institutions at all educational levels in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Main Capital invested in Paragin in 2021.

Coachview is Paragin’s second add-on acquisition, following its investment in SOWISO in 2022.
Paragin is an EdTech services provider with assessment and e-portfolio offering. The company is based in Gelderland, the Netherlands.
Main Capital is a software investor in the Benelux, DACH, Nordics and US. The firm, based in the Hague, manages over €2.2 billion in assets under management.
