Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Patchmanager, a Netherlands-based supplier of infrastructure management software services.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Patchmanager is headquartered in Amsterdam.
“Due to their strong product offerings and partner network, the company is able to significantly outperform the market growth rates of approximately 15 percent,” said Ivo van Deudekom, investment director at Main.
Patchmanager plans to execute an international roll-out strategy including organisational growth and increased sales and marketing efforts using both direct sales and their partner channel, according to a release.
Main Capital is a software investor in the Benelux, DACH, and Nordic regions. The firm, based in the Hague, manages over €2.2 billion in assets under management.
