- LARI digital is Main Capital’s first Swiss acquisition
- Aunetic is a governance software company
- Main built Aunetic from the merger of Bilka and Audimex
Main Capital Partners portfolio company Aunetic has acquired LARI digital, a legal and regulatory intelligence software provider.
LARI digital is the first Swiss company that Main has acquired and is part of Main’s plan to grow Aunetic’s footprint in Europe via organic growth, strategic partnerships and buy-and-build, according to a statement.
Aunetic is a governance software company headquartered in Stockholm with offices across Sweden and Germany. Main created the company via the merger of Sweden’s Bilka and Germany’s Audimex.
LARI digital aims to allow in-house legal and compliance teams to monitor legislative and regulatory changes while increasing automation. Its acquisition will bolster Aunetic’s governance software suite and grow its position in the DACH region, the statement added.
“This strategic move underscores Aunetic’s commitment to expanding its comprehensive product offering and strengthening its foothold in the European market,” said Wessel Ploegmakers, partner and head of Nordics at Main Capital Partners, in the statement.
Main Capital is a software investor in the DACH, Benelux, Nordics and US, with offices in the Hague, Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Antwerp and an affiliated office in Boston. It has over €2.2 billion in assets under management.
