Mayfair Equity Partners has elevated Markus Zejermann to managing director level, along with other team promotions.
Zejermann joined Mayfair in 2021 as a director in the investment team. Prior to this, he worked at L-GAM and Volpi Capital where he focused on technology and tech-enabled services businesses.
Zejermann will be responsible for originating and executing new investments, according to a release.
Zejermann led Mayfair’s investment in Jonckers, a tech-enabled language services provider.
Mayfair has also appointed Paul Reading as its chief strategy officer, a newly created role.
Reading will retain his role as specialist – integration planning, according to a release.
He will work closely with Daniel Sasaki, Mayfair’s managing partner, to design and implement its long-term strategy. Paul joined Mayfair in 2019 from EY.
Mayfair also elevated Ihar Valodzin, Omar Kanafani, and Aryo Tehranian to director roles.
The firm has promoted Alvaro Lozano to associate director and Ryan Pugh to senior associate roles.
