Mutares has signed an agreement to acquire Recover Nordic Oy, a provider of property remediation services, from Recover Group.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Recover Nordic Oy is headquartered in Vantaa.
Recover Nordic Oy posted revenue of around €40 million in 2022.
“With this transaction, Mutares further builds on its successful presence in Finland, having recently acquired Palmia, where our turnaround program is already starting to show results,” said Johannes Laumann, CIO of Mutares.
Recover Nordic Oy is Mutares’ fourth acquisition in 2023.
