Conscia, backed by Nordic Capital, has acquired Miradot, a Swedish consulting company that designs, implements, and automates infrastructure in data centres, networks, security, and service providers.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Miradot, based in Stockholm, is expected to generate €7.1 million in revenue this year. The company accelerates digital transformation for its customers by automating infrastructure in cloud, data centre, network, security, and service providers
Miradot’s addition will support expansion of Conscia’s automation services both nationally and internationally, according to a release.
“Following a period of strong performance through organic growth, the acquisition is in line with our strategy to grow both organically and through consolidation,” said Erik Bertman, CEO, Conscia Group.
Miradot will be included in Conscia as the Automation business area, effective June 1. The existing customer relations are not affected by the change of ownership, the release said.
