The firm has elevated Emil Anderson to partner level. He joined the firm in 2010 and has played a key role in the firm’s development.

Casper Lerche and Magnus Hammarström have been promoted to managing director, and Diana Tan has been promoted to operations managing director.

Lerche manages financial services investments and Hammarström is a part of the industrial & business services team. Tan heads the operations advisory team for the firm’s midmarket Evolution Fund.

Additionally, the firm has promoted five to investment director, one to director, capital markets, and three to investment manager level.

These promotions are expected to accelerate the capacity of Nordic’s team and reinforce its position within key sectors and regions, according to a release.

“2022 has been another landmark year for Nordic Capital, with a record fundraise, a high level of transaction activity and an intense focus on active ownership across Nordic Capital’s portfolio of market-leading businesses,” said Kristoffer Melinder, managing partner, Nordic Capital.

In 2022, the firm closed Nordic Capital Fund XI at its hard cap of €9 billion and completed eight platform investments and four full or partial exits. One deal was for Autocirc, a provider of reused and recycled automotive original spare parts, in December.
