NorthEdge-backed ICP scoops up Team 6ix

ICP, a portfolio company of NorthEdge, has acquired Team 6ix, a UK-based marketing tech and content operations consulting company.

Team 6ix is based in Milton Keynes.

Team6ix is ICP’s first strategic acquisition since NorthEdge’s investment in 2021.

“The partnership will allow the combined businesses to continue delivering best-in-class service to their long-standing clients, alongside expanding the services they offer to ensure they can meet the future demands of their clients in the fast-changing martech market,” said Kevin O’Loughlin, director at NorthEdge.

Team 6ix’s leadership team, led by founder Daniel Rowe, will join ICP’s global management team.

ICP’s blue-chip client list, which includes Unilever, Coca-Cola, NBCU, Diageo, Mars and Estee Lauder, will be joined by Team 6ix’s clients which include Reckitt and other large multi brand global companies across a variety of market sectors.

Team 6ix is the tenth bolt-on in the NorthEdge wider portfolio in the last twelve months. The firm has also completed investments into Cezanne HR, Antibody Analytics and Torbay Pharmaceuticals, partially exited and reinvested into CTS and exited in full from both Future Industrial Services and Accrol Papers.

No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
