- Enviro Technology Services is an air quality monitoring business
- Cura Terrae is a UK environmental group
- Enviro offers real-time instrumentation and bespoke ‘turn-key’ environmental monitoring systems
Palatine’s portfolio company Cura Terrae has acquired air quality monitoring business Enviro Technology Services. The bolt-on is the company’s third since becoming part of Palatine’s porftolio.
Based in Stroud in England, Enviro offers real-time instrumentation, bespoke ‘turn-key’ environmental monitoring systems, and support for the measurement of air pollution and greenhouse gases to a range of clients in the UK and beyond.
Cura Terrae is a UK environmental group, headquartered in Sheffield. Its group companies are Ecus, EMS and Envirocare.
“This marks the third acquisition for Cura Terrae since receiving investment from our pioneering Impact Fund in March 2022,” said James Gregson, Impact Fund partner at Palatine. “Entering the air monitoring market is an important strategic step for Cura Terrae’s growth and an opportunity to continue building a leading and increasingly diverse, environmental group that offers complementary client services that make a positive difference.”
In late December, Palatine-backed Cura Terrae acquired Naturally Wild, as reported by PE Hub Europe.
Palatine is a mid-market private equity investor headquartered in Manchester with offices in London and Birmingham.
