FourNet, a portfolio company of Palatine Private Equity, has acquired Nowcomm, a cybersecurity, network infrastructure and collaboration consultancy.
No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Nowcomm is based in Derby, England.
FourNet’s investment in Nowcomm is its second significant strategic acquisition since investment from Palatine in 2021.
“Adding capability through strategic M&A is a key part of FourNet’s growth strategy with Nowcomm representing the second acquisition since our investment in 2021,” said James Painter, senior investment director at Palatine. “This acquisition will enable FourNet to expand its offering to customers and we are keen to support the group in making additional acquisitions in the future.”
The acquisition of Nowcomm brings FourNet’s employee headcount to over 200, according to a release.
FourNet acquired C>Ways in 2022 and bought ComputerTel in 2021.
