Palatine makes promotions across teams

Ed Fazakerley, one of Palatine’s founding partners, will become chief operating officer.

Palatine has made several promotions across its team at the start of 2024.

Ed Fazakerley, one of the founding partners of Palatine, will now take on the role of chief operating officer focusing on working with the teams across Palatine’s fund strategies.

Within the buyout investment team, Midlands-based Tom Hustler has been promoted to senior investment director and London-based Matthew Coles promoted to senior investment director in the impact investment team.

Palatine has promoted Tom Ross-Jones as head of portfolio in the value enhancement team. Ross-Jones joined Palatine in 2017 and was promoted to partner 12 months ago. Additionally, Georgina Wendon-Smith has been promoted to portfolio director.

In Palatine’s sustainability team, Stephanie Wall has been promoted to senior sustainability director and  Nikhita Mistry to sustainability manager.
