Palladio to acquire majority in Eagleprojects

Palladio Holding has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Eagleprojects, a software provider to the engineering sector.

Eagleprojects offers software for network sectors such as telecommunications, integrated water systems, power transmission and distribution and smart cities. The company is based in Perugia in Italy.

Eagleprojects expects to close 2023 with a turnover of about €40 million, according to a press statement.

Palladio aims to help the business reach neighbouring sectors, namely water, electricity, smart road and rail network, as well as to grow the business in Italy and in international markets.

Palladio is an independent investment holding company with more than €400 million in equity. The firm is based in Vicenza, Italy.
