Phoenix Equity Partners has made a majority investment in 4most Analytics Consulting, a provider of risk analytics and modelling products to banks and insurers.

4most is headquartered in London, UK.

4most has delivered revenue growth of more than 30 percent year-on-year since 2020, and is expected to deliver £10 million (€11.32 million; $12.44 million) EBITDA in 2023.

Phoenix has invested alongside the management team, led by CEO Rob McDowell, and employees.

Phoenix’s investment in 4most is its second from Phoenix’s 2022 Fund, following the investment in Dufrain last year.

Deep regulatory knowledge, technical skills and a collaborative approach have enabled the company to build long-term embedded relationships with clients,” said Chris Neale, partner at Phoenix. “With our support, allied to 4most’s people and culture, the company is ideally placed to capitalise on the many exciting opportunities ahead.”

Phoenix’s investment will support the launch of new products and service lines, as well as accelerating international expansion, both organically and through acquisition according to a release.
