Pollen Street Capital to acquire a majority stake in Finsolutia, a technology-driven credit and real estate platform. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
Finsolutia is based in Iberia. The firm manages around €6 billion in assets.
“We believe now is the right time for Finsolutia to further penetrate the European market, whilst continuing to maintain their high level of customer service and we look forward to working with the team on this chapter of their growth journey,” said Lindsey McMurray, managing partner at Pollen Street.
Pollen Street’s investment will enhance Finsolutia to continue its growth trajectory in its technology driven core offering as well as expanding into new geographies and diversifying its customer base, according to a release.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the coming months, subject to relevant regulatory approval.
