- SHS acquired shares in Blazejewski as part of a minority investment in 2020

SHS announced it has sold its shares in endoscope manufacturer Blazejewski MEDI-TECH to Erbe Group. Blazejewski, based in Baden, Germany, produces 2D and 3D endoscopic products.
Reinhold Blazejewski, founder and managing director of Blazejewski MEDI-TECH, sold some of his shares but remains with the company as a minority shareholder and managing director.
Tübingen, Germany-based SHS acquired shares in Blazejewski as part of a minority investment in the company in 2020. The buyer, Erbe Group, is also based in Tübingen and develops, produces and distributes surgical products for clinics and specialist practices.
“From the very beginning, Blazejewski MEDI-TECH was an impressive example of a German medium-sized company with outstanding technologies and products and a strong team,” said SHS managing partner Manfred Ulmer-Weber. “We are pleased that we were able to support the company with our sector expertise in its further development and growth.”
