Susquehanna Private Capital (SCP)-backed Stronger Youth Brands has announced it has acquired Little Kickers. Stronger Youth Brands is a youth sports and enrichment platform that was launched in January 2022 with SPC’s platform investment in Soccer Shots, a youth soccer franchisor.
Little Kickers is an international franchisor of youth soccer programs headquartered in Oxford, England. It was founded in 2002 and operates in 340 territories across the UK, Canada, Australia and other countries. The deal creates the largest global franchised soccer platform according to SPC with over 400 franchises and 600 territories across 30 countries. Little Kickers will continue to operate as a standalone brand as part of the deal.
