Thompson Street-backed BCM One bags Pure IP

BCM One, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired Pure IP, a global provider of cloud-based voice services via Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Webex and Zoom.

No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.

Pure IP is headquartered in London.

Pure IP’s addition will expand BCM One’s NextGen Communications portfolio to serve global businesses with enterprise-grade cloud-based voice for Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Zoom, according to a release.

TSCP invested in Pure IP in 2019. Pure IP is BCM One’s second deal under TSCP’s ownership.

“BCM One continues to explore opportunities which provide for inorganic scale and growth through key product, customer, and geographical growth,” said Brian Kornmann, MD at TSCP.

Pure IP is BCM One’s ninth add on acquisition.

BCM One is a managed services provider based in New York.

TSCP is a St Louis, Missouri-based private equity firm focused on investing in founder-led middle market businesses.

Acuity Advisors, and Q Advisors acted as co-financial advisors to Pure IP.
