Savillex, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired ONFAB, a flexible containment isolator manufacturer, from Foresight Group.
ONFAB has offices in Cheshire, UK and Albacete, Spain.
Savillex will gain an international footprint with ONFAB’s addition, according to a release.
TSCP invested in Savillex in 2018.
“ONFAB brings industry-leading capabilities in custom, single-use flexible containment design and manufacturing as evidenced by its impressive roster of customers,” said Matt Scherrer, MD at TSCP.
Foresight initially invested in ONFAB in 2017. This investment has generated a 3.2x cash-on-cash return for investors in Foresight’s Regional Investment Fund.
TSCP is a St Louis, Missouri-based private equity firm focused on investing in founder-led middle market businesses. The firm managed over $4.5 billion in assets.
Savillex is a rigid plastic container service provider to the life science industry, as well as semiconductor, aerospace, and geochemistry applications. It is headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
