Emitel, a recent acquisition by Cordiant, works in radio digitisation, wireless communication systems, smart cities and 5G network development.
Cordiant is acquiring the company for an equity consideration of Z1.9bn.
The acquisition has been made via Epiris Fund II.
The target is "a key player in the digitalization of companies and the development of communications.” said Ardian's Philippe Poletti.
